WE WANT YOUR EVENT TO BE DREAMY

When you book an Orphic Arcane event, we will work closely with you to ensure we can bring your idea to life. Whether adding a few floral table arrangements for a corporate event or creating a beautiful story with flowers for a baby shower, we believe blooms are always a must to create a warm and friendly space.

Flowers and foliage are our language, they are the way we emote and the way we evoke the senses.  Our mission is to collaboratively work with our clients to craft an experience that stirs the heart, creates a mood, and tells a story.  From corporate events to a baby showers, we love to tell our story by the way of arranging blooms.

 
 
 
  • Servicing the Gold Coast, Byron Bay & Brisbane.

  • I love peonies just as deeply as the next person, but I really don’t love a peony that’s out of season. Familiarize yourself with the floral stars of your event season, and don't get too attached to a particular flower. A flower in its season is bursting with life and rightness. Seasonality makes sense on so many levels, from sustainability to cost. It's far better to focus on palette and vibe and give your designer the freedom to use the best seasonal blooms.

  • Orphic Arcane Floristry requires a minimum investment of $1k for non wedding events. This ensures high-quality blooms and beautiful, bespoke designs. Pricing varies depending on the size of your event, the number of floral arrangements needed, and the type of designs/flowers desired.

  • Each event is unique, but a good rule of thumb is that you should allocate about 15% of your overall budget to florals. If you are looking for very lush, elaborate floral designs you should plan on closer to 20%- 25% of your overall budget.

  • We primarily focus on florals but do have a limited number of taper candle holders, clear plinths, flower stands and vessels available to rent (please inquire for more details).

  • Once you have sent us your floral inquiry form, we will create a floral design estimate and a brief visual mood board. From there, we will chat about changes you may want to make, but once we have it relatively close to what you are looking for, we require a signed contract and a $150 booking fee. Once you have signed the contract, you are still welcome to make changes! The contract and booking fee ensures that we will be available for your wedding date and will continue to work with you as your personal florist to perfect your wedding floral design!

  • We are mindful of the floral industry's impact on the environment. We strive to use local and in-season blooms as often as possible to help support our local farmers and lower our carbon footprint; however, we primarily use imported florals with our fresh flowers. Our premium fresh touch is sourced from Floral Interiors, Melbourne.

  • This will depend on the size of the event, the time frame, the floral arrangements (if they are of considerable size), and weather conditions. Please mention that you want to discuss repurposing your flowers when enquiring.
