As I became a florist and worked on creating beautiful weddings, I encountered the challenges of the floral industry: high costs, labor-intensive work, and of course, seasonality. To address these issues, I decided to specialise in designing large-scale, high-end floral arrangements and arches that can be rented. These pieces feature real-touch, hand-painted florals that look and feel natural, ensuring that you never have to compromise on aesthetics or costs when choosing your wedding day florals.
As your florist, I will personally handle all aspects of your wedding day florals. This includes designing all personal items such as the bridal bouquet, bridal party bouquets, and buttonholes to complement your chosen rental arch. These designs will incorporate fresh flowers only, enhancing the beauty and personal touch of your backdrop flowers. I am driven by my love for blooms and I am thrilled to share that love with you on your special day!

The Wedding Design Process

1 | Get in touch.
The first step in signing up for our wedding event planning services is to reach out to us. You can contact us via phone, email, or through our website's contact form. Let us know that you are interested in our wedding event planning services and provide any initial details or questions you may have.
2 | We’ll meet.
Once you've reached out to us, we will email through our Wedding Day questionnaire. Once we receive this back, we will organise a consultation to discuss your wedding vision, preferences, and requirements. This consultation can take place either in person, over the phone, through video conferencing or email. It's an opportunity for us to get to know each other, understand your needs, and determine if we are the right fit for your wedding planning journey, and to also make sure we are the right florist for you & your floral budget.
3 | Proposal & agreement.
After the consultation, we will prepare a detailed proposed invoice and mood board that outlines the services we will provide, along with the associated costs & inspirational images. This proposed invoice will be tailored to your specific floral needs and preferences. Once you review and approve the proposal, we will provide you with a contract that formalises our partnership and outlines the terms and conditions.
4 | Booking & deposit.
Once you are satisfied with the proposed invoice and contract, the next step is to secure your wedding planning services by signing the contract and submitting a deposit. The deposit amount and payment details will be specified on the invoice. This step ensures that your wedding date is reserved on our calendar and that we can begin planning your dream event.
5 | Collaboration & planning.
With the contract and deposit in place, we will embark on an exciting journey of collaboration and planning. We will work closely with you to understand your vision, assist with vendor selection, provide guidance on design elements, and help you navigate the various aspects of wedding planning. Throughout the process, we will maintain open communication, offer regular updates, and ensure that your wedding planning experience is enjoyable and stress-free.
