Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We proudly offer shipping across all of Australia.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia.

3. Order Processing Time & Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 7-15 business days from the time they are placed. For custom orders, delivery can take up to 7 weeks. For pre designed, this can take up to 5 weeks for delivery.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship to locations within Australia.

  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes.

  • Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

6. Order Changes
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us as soon as possible. We will do our best to adjust your order before it ships.

7. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost in Transit: We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once an order is shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (Australia Post or other carriers) to deliver your order. We recommend tracking your order to ensure successful delivery. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact Australia Post directly to resolve the issue.

  • Damaged Items: If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team at info@orphicarcanefloristry.com.au within 7 days of receiving your package. We will investigate and provide a resolution.

  • We offer the following options for damaged items:

    • A replacement of the same item (4-6 weeks timeframe).

    • A similar item from our store, with price matching.

    • Store credit for future purchases.
