Return Policy for Faux Bouquets
Thank you for shopping with us! We are committed to providing high-quality faux bouquets and ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully, which is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and Queensland (QLD) regulations.
1. No Returns, No Refunds, No Exchanges for Change of Mind
Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), we are not required to accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind after purchase. This includes any dissatisfaction related to the look, style, or preferences related to the faux bouquet. Please choose your items carefully.
2. Exchanges for Damages During Transit
We understand that items can occasionally be damaged during transit. If your faux bouquet arrives damaged, you may be eligible for an exchange. The following conditions apply:
Eligibility for Exchange: You must provide clear and detailed photographs of the damage to the product, including any visible defects or breakages, within 7 days of the item being delivered.
Return Process: Upon receiving the required photos, we will assess the damage and, if deemed necessary, will send you a replacement bouquet. We may request the damaged item to be returned at our cost before sending out a replacement.
Notification of Damaged Goods: To notify us of damages, please email us at info@orphicarcanefloristry.com.au and provide all relevant information, including your order number, product details, and photos of the damage.
3. Handmade Nature of Products
Please note that all of our faux bouquets are handcrafted. Due to the handmade nature of our products, each bouquet may vary slightly in appearance. This may include differences in the arrangement, color placement, and size of the individual elements. While we strive to maintain consistency and high quality in all our products, these small variations are a natural part of the handcrafted process and should not be considered defects.
4. Consumer Rights under Australian Consumer Law
Major Defects: If the product has a major defect, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as outlined under Australian Consumer Law. A major defect occurs if the product is unsafe, does not do what it’s supposed to do, or is significantly different from the description or sample.
Minor Defects: If the product has a minor defect, we may offer you a repair or replacement at our discretion.
Please note that the above rights are in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law and do not affect your statutory rights.
